Someone is misusing my sticker
Silence the sticker to stop it connecting anyone while you decide. If the code has been copied and is being abused, revoke it: the printed code stops working for everyone, including whoever photographed it, and a replacement can be issued.

I sold the car
Revoke the sticker. The code stops working for everyone, and the change is recorded, so it cannot keep reaching you afterwards.

I am not receiving calls
Check that the sticker shows as active and not silenced, and that you have a registered device. Note that delivery of an incoming call depends on your phone’s operating system, manufacturer and power-saving settings, and cannot be guaranteed on every device.

Someone scanned my sticker but nothing happened
A scan is a request, not a connection. The person may not have gone on to place a call, or the call may not have reached your device. Not every scan becomes a conversation.
